The Candles

What are your candles made of?

We use locally sourced all-natural soy wax and lead-free cotton wicks. Our premium fragrance oils are phthalate-free, vegan, and cruelty-free. We follow IFRA (International Fragrance Association) guidelines which is the fragrance industry standard to keep scented products safe for use. 

How do I get the best burn?

The first burn sets the tone for the rest of the candle’s life. Let the wax pool all the way to the edges. Our wax is designed to burn slowly so this may take 3-4 hours. Trim the wick to about ¼" before each lighting. Keep burn times under 4 hours, and stop once ¼" of wax remains.

For safety, always burn on a flat, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and anything flammable. Never leave a candle unattended, and keep out of reach of children and pets.

How long will one candle last?

You can expect 40+ hours of burn time, though this varies based on burn habits and environment.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Currently within the contiguous U.S. (48 states) only. Shipping is a flat $7, and free on orders over $75.

When will my order ship?

Each candle is hand-poured in small batches, so processing time depends on current stock and order volume. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information when your order is on its way.

Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. However should you have any issues please reach out to us via email so we can assist.

If your package arrives damaged, we will send a replacement. Please email us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged product inside the package.

The scent I want is sold out, will it come back?
